Johnson Controls Adds Member to Board

Johnson Controls, Inc. has named Jean S. Blackwell to its board of directors.
Blackwell is the third director to join Johnson Controls’ board in the past six months. She previously served as the executive vice president of corporate responsibility and chief executive officer for the Cummins Foundation.
