Johnson Controls, Inc. has been contracted to deliver building-wide systems integration for Nashville International Airport’s (BNA) expansion project.

The deal calls for Johnson Controls to develop and install building management systems, fire detection and alarms, communications and Wi-Fi networks, and flight information displays for BNA’s new, 115,000-square-foot Concourse D as well as 200,000 square feet of new space added to the airport. The expansion project, which is slated for completion by 2020, also includes additional baggage claim carrousels and an expanded ticketing lobby. Financial details of Johnson Controls’ contract were not announced.
