Johnson Controls Names John Donofrio Executive VP

Johnson Controls, Inc. has appointed John Donofrio executive vice president and general counsel.
Donofrio joins Johnson Controls from Mars, Inc. where he served as vice president, secretary, and general counsel. He succeeds Judy Reinsdorf, who has served as general council since the merger of Johnson Controls and Tyco in 2016.
