Johnson Controls Participating in Neighborhood Revitalization

Johnson Controls is partnering with a developer and entrepreneur to help revitalize Sherman Park, one of the most historic and diverse neighborhoods in Milwaukee, WI.

Community leaders have created the Sherman Phoenix, a marketplace of locally owned restaurants, wellness services, and cultural activities. Johnson Controls is providing all of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and controls for the Sherman Phoenix, including state-of-the-art rooftop units, a high-efficiency furnace, and building controls.
