KBS Expands Facility Management Offerings
January 10, 2018Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has acquired East Coast Lot and Pavement Maintenance (East Coast)/National Maintenance Systems (NMS).
Headquartered in Pawtucket, RI, East Coast/NMS provides a variety of exterior facility services such as landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
