Kimberly-Clark Names Top Environmental Services Technician

Kimberly-Clark Professional, in collaboration with the Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE), has named Valerie Macey the recipient of the 2017 Heart of Healthcare Award.
Now in its sixth year, the annual awards program recognizes health care environmental service technicians who have been influential in supporting safety initiatives and reducing health care-associated infection (HAI) rates in their facilities.
Macey currently serves as an environmental services professional at The Medical Center at Franklin in Franklin, KY. Kimberly-Clark and AHE recognized Macey for her leadership efforts in educating her coworkers on HAI prevention.
