Lavorwash Acquired by Comet Group
June 1, 2017The Comet Group has acquired the Lavorwash Group, parent company of Lavorwash S.P.A.
The Comet Group’s purchase expands the company’s portfolio of commercial cleaning solutions and includes Lavorwash’s production facilities in Brazil, China, and Italy. Monetary details of the acquisition were not announced.
