Newell Brands Finalizes Sale of Winter Sports Business
July 24, 2017Newell Brands, Inc., parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products, has completed the divestment of its winter sports division to private equity firm Kohlberg & Co.
The US$240 million transaction was announced in May. The deal includes Newell Brands’ K2 line of skis and its Ride brand of snowboards business, Westfair reports.
