OSHA Increases Penalty Amounts For Violations

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has increased the maximum penalty amounts for violations of its standards and regulations.

OSHA revised the fines for civil penalties to adjust for inflation. Under the new structure, the maximum penalty for willful and repeat violations has been raised to US$129,336. The complete penalty structure can be viewed here.
