PJP Purchases Restaurant Supply Firm
March 19, 2018Penn Jersey Paper Co. (PJP) has acquired DePalo’s Mid-Atlantic Restaurant Supply.
PJP’s purchase of the Baltimore, MD-based supplier of food service equipment and janitorial supplies expands the company’s client portfolio and geographical footprint. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
