Sodexo Adds Food Transformation Director

Sodexo has appointed Adrian Evans food transformation director for its operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Evans has more than 28 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He joins Sodexo from Compass Group, where he served as global director of service and operations management for more than two years. In his new position with Sodexo, Evans will develop and oversee catering and food experiences for the company’s corporate clients, Facilities Management Journal reports.
