Sodexo Awards Scholarships to Culinary Institute of America

Sodexo has teamed with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) to provide high school students with scholarships to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA).
The scholarships are part of the NAACP’s ACT-SO initiative (Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics). More than 1,100 students nationwide participated in ACT-SO competitions. Sodexo awarded monetary CIA scholarships to 13 student pursuing careers in the culinary arts and hospitality fields. Sodexo has supported the ACT-SO initiative since 2009.
