Sodexo Details Plastic Reduction Policy

Sodexo has announced plans to reduce the use of single-use plastics in its North American operations.
Sodexo’s plan is to eliminate the use of single-use plastic coffee stirrers and bags by 2019, plastic and polystyrene cups and food containers by 2019, and make plastic straws available only upon special request of its customers by 2025. The strategy will eliminate more than 245 million single-use items.
