Spartan Chemical Adds Two Regional Managers

Spartan Chemical Co. recently appointed two staff members to the position of regional manager.
Ryan Elias has been named regional manager of Spartan’s East Texas region. Elias joins Spartan from SouthernCarlson, where he served as a territory representative. Additionally, Spartan has appointed Cody Hill regional manager of its Iowa region. Hill previously worked at Best Buy Co., Inc. as a sales manager.
