Spartan Manager Named American Osment’s Top Rep

Mark Garlington of Spartan Chemical Co. has been named American Osment’s 2018 Vendor Representative of the Year.

Garlington, an ISSA Certification Expert (I.C.E.),  currently serves as regional manager for Spartan in the Birmingham, AL, area. American Osment honored Garlington for his product knowledge and customer service.
