Trojan Battery Acquired by C&D Technologies
November 6, 2018Trojan Battery Co. has been acquired by C&D Technologies, Inc.
The combined company created by the Blue Bell, PA-based battery manufacturer’s purchase of Trojan will have eight production facilities nationwide, along with international offices in Mexico, Europe, and Asia. Financial terms of the transaction, which is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the year, were not disclosed.
