“…the show was bigger than I had imagined. The partnership with NFMT was a great idea. They have a target market similar to ISSA but brought some additional interesting verticals in regard to the FM focused classes and exhibitors. I think [the schedule] was just perfect. Two days, action-packed with workshops, half days in the expo. There were a couple overlaps with the NFMT workshop sessions but it worked out fine. The vibe on the CBE side was great. There was much more opportunity to meet one-on-one with attendees. As an exhibitor, it was very good—especially this being our first show as an exhibitor. The most valuable aspect of the show was…launching our new product and getting it in the hands of the potential consumer with the ability to answer questions right there in front of them, with product in hand. The fact that [the show] was smaller was positive…more personal and boutique feeling. We were ready to launch our product and we’re going to wait until Vegas show. But we are big advocates of the ISSA organization and thankful for their support in our company and our growth. We thought, why not [exhibit at CBE]? A smaller show would give us the opportunity be best prepared for the big show! It met and exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to continue to sponsor ISSA/CBE shows on the future.”
