Ecolab Increases Quarterly Dividend 6%

Ecolab Inc. has increased the quarterly dividend on its common stock 6% to US$0.51 per share.
The dividend is payable January 18, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of December 14, 2021. The increase results in a new indicated annual cash dividend of $2.04 per share in 2022 and represents the company’s 30th consecutive annual dividend rate increase. Ecolab has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 85 consecutive years.
