Grainger Announces Quarterly Dividend Payout

W.W. Grainger Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.22 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$4.88 annualized with a yield of 1.9 percent―is payable March 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business February 13. Grainger has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 44 consecutive years.
