Ecocleen Purchases JPM Group
Ecocleen Services Ltd. has acquired of The JPM Group of Companies Ltd. in a in a transaction reported to be worth more than US$6.5 million.
Ecocleen’s purchase of the Watford, England-based facility services provider expands the company’s geographical footprint and product offerings. Per the terms of the deal, management teams from both organizations will collaborate to ensure a smooth transition.
