Colgate-Palmolive Co. announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.45 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$1.80 annualized with a yield 2.15%―is payable August 16, to shareholders of record at the close of business July 21. Colgate-Palmolive has paid uninterrupted dividends on its common stock since 1895.
