R-Zero Acquires Property Tech Firm
R-Zero has purchased property technology company CoWorkr.
R-Zero’s purchase adds CoWorkr’s real-time visibility and data insights to the company’s existing biosafety technology platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced. R-Zero’s acquisition follows the company securing US$41.5 million in Series B financing last month, just 14 months after it was first incorporated in April 2020.
