Golden Star Inc. has acquired Premier Mop & Broom for an undisclosed sum.

Golden Star’s purchase of the Corona California-based cleaning products manufacturer expands the company’s geographical footprint and product offering. Per the terms of the acquisition, Tom Buckles, Premier Mop CEO, will work with Golden Star’s executive team to utilize the strengths and advantages of both organizations.
