Diversey Appoints Chairman of the Board
Diversey has appointed Eric Foss chairman of the company’s board of directors.
Foss previously served as CEO of Aramark from May 2012 and chairman and CEO from February 2015 until his retirement in August 2019. Prior to Aramark, he was CEO of Pepsi Beverages Co, and served as chairman and CEO of Pepsi Bottling Group.
