ISS has appointed Andrew Wilkinson chief operating officer (COO) of its office and production business in the United Kingdom and Ireland (ISS UK&I), effective September 1.

Wilkinson has more than three decades of experience in senior strategic and operating roles in the facility management sector. He joins ISS from United Kingdom-based home construction firm Taylor Wimpey plc, where he served as a divisional chair. Wilkinson succeeds Kevin Wildman, who has served as interim COO since January 1.
