Nexstep Commercial Products has acquired the assets of Cedar Creek Cleaning Products.
According to Todd Leventhal, Nexstep president, the purchase of the Winchester, Virginia-based developer and manufacturer of cleaning equipment strengthens the company’s market presence. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
