Spartan Chemical Co. Inc. has promoted Jim Miller to the role of corporate manager – food sanitation specialist.

Miller has been with Spartan for nearly four decades, serving as a regional manager for the company’s Chicago market. In his new position, he will work with Spartan’s regional managers to develop new food processing opportunites for distributor partners.

“The food sanitation segment continues to be a primary focus for us,” said John Swigart, Spartan president. “We are responding to the fast-paced growth in this vertical and adding additional resources.”
