CAM Services has been acquired by the Tendit Group for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition of Denver-based CAM Services expands the exterior facility maintenance service provider’s presence in the Colorado market. The Tendit Group’s transaction was backed by Osceola Capital, a Tampa-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market services companies.
