Jelmar LLC has promoted Jeffrey Pozen to president and chief operating officer (COO).

Pozen joined Jelmar in 2017 after 28 years with RSM US LLP, an audit, tax, and accounting firm. Through his seven-year tenure with Jelmar, Pozen has served in several leadership roles, including chief of staff, chief financial officer (CFO), and chief strategy officer. He succeeds Alison Gutterman, who remains the CEO of Jelmar.
