Kildare Catholic College is a dynamic educational facility where maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming learning environments is essential to supporting student success. These before-and-after results highlight a complete strip and seal of the Art Room floors, completed by our CSCS cleaning team. This project restored heavily used classroom flooring, improving durability, safety, and appearance with a high-gloss, protective finish designed to withstand daily student traffic. As a trusted provider of premium cleaning services, CSCS is committed to fostering clean, healthy, and high-performing environments that support education, wellbeing, and daily school operations. Our mission is to deliver innovative, reliable cleaning solutions through a highly skilled and dedicated team, ensuring every space we service reflects excellence and care.

What specific measures do you or your team implement to ensure this space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and embodies the value of clean?

Our team delivers routine daily cleaning to exceptional standards, ensuring all classrooms and facility spaces remain consistently clean, safe, and presentable. Each area is subject to regular quality assurance inspections, reinforcing accountability and maintaining our high level of service. We use only premium-grade chemicals and consumables to ensure effective cleaning while preserving surfaces and extending their lifespan. Work Health and Safety (WHS) is central to all our operations, and our commitment to safety has been recognised through multiple WHS awards. Communication is streamlined through a single point of contact, ensuring efficient coordination between our cleaning team, facility staff, and management. All service requests and enquiries are handled promptly and professionally, ensuring consistent performance and client satisfaction.

What does having a spotless space mean to you and your team and how does it contribute to the organization’s business outcomes?

To our team, a spotless space represents more than cleanliness—it reflects our dedication to supporting environments where students and educators can thrive. Clean, fresh classrooms promote focus, wellbeing, and pride in the learning environment. At Kildare Catholic College, the impact of our work is visible and appreciated by students, staff, parents, and visitors. How does your facility promote sustainability and/or green cleaning?

CSCS is strongly committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. We actively partner with Charles Sturt University Green and the CSU Sustainability Team and strive to introduce new sustainability initiatives each year. Our current practices include the use of environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals, degradable bin liners, and comprehensive waste recycling programs. We promote responsible procurement practices by ensuring all purchasing decisions align with sustainability goals, safety standards, and organisational policies. Management and supervisors follow strict procurement procedures, including reviewing risk controls, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing staff training on new equipment and materials. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided to ensure safe and responsible use of all cleaning products and equipment. These practices help reduce environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
