Spartan Chemical Company, Inc., a recognized leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, today announced the promotion of Nelson Riley to the role of regional manager, effective, March 16, 2026.

Nelson joins Spartan in the South Texas region. For the past year, Mr. Riley has held the role of sales business development for Foxguard Solutions where he was responsible for partnering with businesses to provide cutting-edge industrial computing solutions that exceeded customer expectations.

Prior to his time with Foxguard Solutions, Nelson worked for Texas Solar in San Antonio, Texas, for four years. During his time with Texas Solar, he held the position of sales manager, where he was responsible for leading a team of dynamic solar consultants to educate homeowners about the benefits of renewable energy.

Finally, Mr. Riley worked for Lindsey Dental in San Antonio, Texas, for three years as the practice manager. In this role, he managed daily operations, marketing, and sales of multiple dental offices.

Nelson attended West Texas A&M University, in Canyon, Texas where he received his master’s degree in business administration.
