As a cleaning industry leader, you understand that the cleaning industry faces increasing legislative and regulatory challenges. And the COVID-19 pandemic has made manifest the significant impact that government has on the full spectrum of our industry. The impact government will continue to have on the industry has created some clear and present obstacles, as well as opportunities for the industry.

ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, is your fully committed advocate to influence and impact policymakers on behalf of you! As the only trade association representing the full supply chain of the cleaning industry, we have a unique and powerful story to tell, but we will need your help.

You can play a critical role in these efforts by contacting elected officials, participating in our Clean Advocacy Summit, and contributing to our ISSA Advocacy Fund. None of our recent advocacy successes would have been possible without your engagement and support. ISSA is actively working with lawmakers on what a post-COVID-19 world will look like and the critical role the cleaning industry will play in shaping the future.

If you are new to advocacy but want to learn more, we have a slew of opportunities to engage with ISSA’s government affairs team and learn about the hot button policy issues facing the industry at the ISSA North America Show 2021. Below is a preview of some of the opportunities:
