KG has developed tailored solutions for the professional procurement of consumable and durable products. IGEFA is composed of six local, family-owned businesses that provide the foundation for more than 30 IGEFA branches in Germany and throughout Europe.
IGEFA supplies a wide range of sanitation, hygiene, personal protective equipment, and disposable catering products to customers from a variety of businesses including hospitality, food service, health care, facility management, manufacturing, and retail. Our services include professional, on-site advice from our sales representatives, a logistics system comprised of local drivers, and a dedicated training and professional development programme.
For more than 30 years, IGEFA’s collection of family-owned businesses has supplied sanitation, hygiene, and occupational safety products to an established network of partners in more than 20 countries worldwide. Committed to sustainability, the IGEFA network combines the strengths of uniform service standards with quick and flexible local solutions provided by established area IGEFA partners.
IGEFA has been an ISSA alliance partner since January 2012. By partnering with ISSA, IGEFA joined a global community of nearly 6,000 distributors, manufacturers, and cleaning service providers. This alliance provides IGEFA with a variety of local, national, and international networking opportunities.

The cleaning industry in Germany faces a number of challenges. For example, the costs associated with doing business in the region are high, therefore for a company to be successful, the efficiency of its operating procedures often need to be questioned, audited, and refined. To address this issue, IGEFA has worked on optimizing the procurement process for our customers, including product selection advice and a streamlined electronic logistics process. This consultative approach allows IGEFA’s customers to focus on their respective core businesses. IGEFA also leverages our ISSA membership to grow and strengthen relationships with our suppliers and customers, ensuring that, together, we continue to find meaningful solutions to other challenges that may arise.
