Welcome Back, ISSA Show North America 2021

No doubt, as we emerge from the storm, there is a new elevated sense of importance around cleaning and its effects on human health and wellness. We are excited to announce that ISSA Show North America 2021 will be returning to Las Vegas, November 15—18, 2021, in the brand-new West Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The West Hall will allow us a fresh, clean, and modern space as we return to an in-person event for the first time in two years. We hope the space mirrors a sense of a renewed restart for our industry after a tumultuous 18 months.

As Las Vegas continues to ease restrictions, we are looking forward to a very normal and safe event, with all the elements our customers have come to expect at an in-person event inclusive of networking events, receptions, and parties. In addition, the Las Vegas Convention Center is a GBAC^® (Global Biorisk Advisory Council®) STAR accredited facility, and our official cleaning provider, United Services, is a GBAC^® STAR accredited service contractor. Our customer’s safety is our priority.

Monday Opening Day

Packed with Education and Networking
On Monday, November 15, 2021, the show will launch with a full day of education featuring four times slots in each of our eight tracks. In addition, we’ll be hosting our Monday Spotlight Lunch-n-Learn session. To conclude the day of education, join us for Happy Hour on the brand-new terrace of the Las Vegas Convention Center with a unique panoramic view of the skyline.

Then, the week will officially commence at the Monday evening Welcome Reception, taking place at Beer Park at the Paris Hotel, featuring over 30 types of beer and games on the patio. Monday will allow for the perfect mix of education, networking, and celebrating for our return to a face-to-face event!

This year’s conference program will run through Thursday, November 18, featuring 60+ sessions consisting of eight tracks, each targeting a specific industry segment. Tracks include Business Development & Leadership, Commercial Cleaning, Distributor, Facility Health & Management, Healthcare, Hospitality, K-12 & Higher Education, and Residential Cleaning.

In addition to the numerous educational sessions available, you can choose to sign up for any of our eight workshop offerings, some granting certifications upon completing the course. Monday—Thursday Schedule
For many, ISSA Show North America may be the first large-scale face-to-face event in two years, and we felt it was critical to provide you with as many opportunities to engage as possible over the week.

After Monday’s full day of education and networking, Tuesday will start with Attendee Orientation, followed by our Opening Spotlight speaker. Tuesday evening will feature the ISSA Hygieia Network Awards Reception and the ARCSI Roundtable Discussions and Networking event. Both are available to all show attendees.

We are working closely with ISSA Canada and monitoring travel restrictions for our Canadian attendees. We are hopeful that we’ll be able to host the Tuesday Canada Night Social event on the beautiful new outdoor terrace at the convention center.

Wednesday will begin with an 8:00 a.m. morning Education session timeslot, and then all attendees will come together for the Wednesday Spotlight Power Panel.

Thursday will open with a 9:00 a.m. Education session timeslot. ISSA will host its annual General Business Meeting Breakfast.

We’ll officially wrap the show with our Innovation Program Awards announcement. This program has continued to be the driving force behind preparing the global cleaning community for the future of cleaning. As the only comprehensive platform for the cleaning industry, companies can take the stage by showcasing their products and educating industry professionals on new solutions that address key challenges throughout the industry.

Join us for the ceremony of the ISSA Innovation Awards announcement and champagne toast, followed by a happy hour as the culmination of a great show!

Show Floor

Exhibitors, Products, Education
The show floor will be open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m.

We’ve been so grateful for the continued support from our exhibitor and sponsor community and are excited to feature these loyal customers at the event this year.

The show floor is home to over 500 exhibiting companies and specialty pavilions.  You’ll find the International Pavilion, Residential Cleaning Pavilion, Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) Pavilion, New Exhibitor Pavilion, Specialty Cleaning & Restoration Pavilion, and Italian Pavilion.

The show floor will also feature interactive education sessions and demos throughout the week in the Solve for X Theater, Specialty Cleaning and Restoration Theater, and Innovation Center.

The ISSA Show North America is the one week when the entire professional cleaning industry comes together to learn and do business. ISSA will be onsite in the ISSA Resource Center—your place to meet with the Association, other members, and gain knowledge on what is happening with ISSA and within the global cleaning industry.

We are proud to partner with ARCSI, IEHA, as well as our charities: The ISSA Hygieia Network and Cleaning for a Reason.  All these groups will have events and programs during the show week. BSCAI—the Building Service Contractors Association International, will once again co-locate its Contracting for Success Conference and host education and networking events running alongside the ISSA Show North America.
