The ISSA Certified Trainer & Assessor (CTA) Qualification Program prepares experienced cleaning professionals to deliver CMI training programs, conduct CIMS assessments, and support ISSA Discovery Assessments aligned with ISSA Standards. This immersive, in-person program equips participants with the skills, credentials, and confidence to represent ISSA as trusted trainers and assessors across the industry.

Program Details

  • Location: Albany, NY (ISSA Office
  • Format: In-Person

  • Tuition: $1,995

    • Annual Renewal: $1,995 (Includes ISSA Membership and CTA designation renewal)

Prerequisites

Participants must have completed the following within the last two (2) years:

  • CMI Train the Trainer

  • CIMS Expert Certification

Program Objectives

Upon completion, participants will be qualified to:

  • Deliver CMI training programs (Basic, Advanced, and Train-the-Trainer)

  • Serve as Certified CIMS Assessors

  • Conduct ISSA Discovery Assessments aligned with ISSA Standards

  • Apply ISSA Standards consistently and professionally in the field
