4M Building Solutions has appointed Harry Pantaleon director of business development for the company’s South Florida region.

Pantaleon has more than 17 years of sales and account management experience. He joins 4M from 4th Generation Carpentry, where he spent the past two years as director of sales. He also has worked for such companies as ABM and Republic Services.
