Bona US recently expanded the company’s leadership team with the addition of three managers.

Vicky Jones has been appointed A&D commercial specification manager. She has more than 25 years of experience in the interior flooring industry, working for several manufacturers in sales, specifications, and design. In her new role, Jones will partner with architects and designers to drive Bona specifications on residential and commercial projects. 

Juan Martinez joins Bona as the adhesives sales manager for the Texas region. With more than two decades of experience in the sales and account management industry, his specialty resides in construction sales.

Bona has named Erik Lundgren territory manager for the company’s Western Canada region. He has 15 years of hardwood flooring experience, including installing and refinishing floors, and a decade of owning and operating his own company.

“Vicky, Juan, and Erik bring a wealth of experience to Bona in their respective roles—we look forward to them joining our world-class team,” said Gregg Bethune, Bona senior director of distributor sales. “These new additions help us round out the Bona team and support our future goals of serving contractors, architects, and designers across North America.”
