CFS Brands, parent company of San Jamar, has acquired The Foodware Group.

CFS Brands’ purchase of the Lodi, New Jersey-based provider of premium foodservice offerings expands the company’s product portfolio, and includes The Foodware Group’s G.E.T. and Winco brands. Per the terms of the transaction, G.E.T. and Winco will each continue to operate as stand-alone entities within CFS Brands.
