Six Dow Chemical Co. executives have been named to three 2022 OUTstanding LGBT+ role models lists.

OUTstanding’s annual lists, developed with assistance from Yahoo! Finance, are based on a review process of nominees selected among professionals actively contributing to positive LGBT+ workplace environment.

Louis A. Vega, Dow president of North America and vice president of government affairs and advocacy, and Javier Constante, Dow president of Latin America, were named to OUTstanding’s list of 2022 Top 100 LGBT+ Executives. Amy Wilson, Dow general counsel and corporate secretary, and Neal Sheorey, Dow vice president of coatings and performance monomers, were included in the Top 50 Ally Executives while Erica Everett, Dow global autonomous vehicles platform leader, and Carolyn L. Ladd, Dow senior research specialist, were chosen as Top 100 LGBT+ Future Leaders.
