Ecolab Inc. received two awards for the company’s employee resource groups (ERG) at the 2023 Diversity Impact Awards ceremony during the Global ERG Network Conference earlier this month in Washington, D.C.

The annual awards program recognizes companies’ ERGs for creating initiatives to develop a diverse and inclusive workplace. Ecolab’s company-wide ERG programs received an award for placing in the Top 10 of enterprise ERGs. In addition, Ecolab’s Pride ERG was recognized as a Top 25 individual ERG.
