Imperial Dade has acquired Rochester, New York-based Regional Distributors Inc. for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.

Established in 1994 by David and Tracy Scalen, Regional Distributors cleaning, catering, and hospitality products throughout upstate New York. The purchase further expands Imperial Dade’s presence in the region and marks the 88th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
