Solutex Acquires J. Reilly & Associates
Solutex Inc. recently purchased the assets of J. Reilly & Associates.
The acquisition of the Springfield, Virginia-based janitorial supply distributor expands Solutex’s product offerings and customer portfolio in the greater Washington, DC metro area. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
