Spartan Chemical Company, a recognized leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, announced today the BSCAI Stephen H. Swigart Scholarship for Higher Education has been awarded to Michael Ridgway.

The BSCAI Stephen H. Swigart Scholarship for Higher Education provides building service contractors and their families an opportunity to pursue higher education. This scholarship promotes the welfare of the public as it relates to the contract cleaning and maintenance industry. The 2024 recipient is Michael Ridgway, affiliated with Alliance Maintenance. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Arkansas.
