Spartan Chemical Company, Inc., a recognized leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, has announced the promotion of Zack Cardella to the role of regional manager, effective, March 16, 2026.

Zack joins Spartan in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. For the past four years, Mr. Cardella has held the role of sales executive for Hill & Markes, now BradyPLUS where he was responsible for developing and managing the Rochester market in the janitorial, sanitation and food service verticals.

Prior to his time with BradyPLUS, Zack worked for W.B. Mason in Rochester, New York, for five years. During his time with W.B. Mason, he held the position of sales trainer and jansan category manager, where he was responsible for growing the janitorial and sanitation category, coordinating trainings, and working with sales representatives to develop their janitorial and sanitation knowledge.

Zack attended St. John Fisher University, in Rochester, New York where he received his bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in management.
