Products developed by Dow Chemical Co., Ecolab Inc., and  SC Johnson Professional has been named the recipients of 2021 Edison Awards™.

The annual Edison Award program recognizes the most innovative new products and services launched and available to end-users between July 1, 2019 and February 28, 2021. A panel of judges comprised of more than 3,000 senior business executives and academics selected the award winners based on concept, value, delivery, and impact criteria.

Ecolab was presented with a Bronze Edison Award in the COVID-19 innovations sanitizing agents category for its Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer. SC Johnson took home a Gold Edison Award in the commercial technology floor systems category for its EZ Care Floor Care System.

Five Dow Chemical products received Edison Awards. Dow’s DOWSIL™ VE-8001 Flexible Silicone Adhesive was honored with a Gold Edison Award in the adhesives category while its DOWSIL™ Crystal Clear Spacer received a Silver Edison in the same category. Dow’s DOWSIL™ TC-3065 Thermal Conductive Silicone Gel won a Gold Edison Award in the thermal conductivity and heat treatment category and the company’s DOWSIL™ TC-5515LT Thermally Conductive Battery GapFiller was presented a Gold Edison in the thermal conductivity category. Also, Dow’s RHOBARR™ 320 Polyolefin Dispersion received a Gold Edison Award in the sustainability category.
