Two ISSA Members Recognized for Disability Inclusion
Dow Chemical Co. and W.W. Grainger Inc. have been named 2022 Leading Disability Employers by the National Organization on Disability (NOD).
NOD’s annual award program recognizes organizations for demonstrating exemplary employment practices for people with disabilities. Winners are determined based on data provided by companies on the NOD Employment Tracker™, an assessment tool focused on disability inclusion policies and practices. This marks the sixth consecutive year Dow has been included in NOD’s listing.
“We are honored to be recognized by NOD as a company committed to an inclusive culture,” said John Sampson, Dow senior vice president of operations, manufacturing, and engineering. “At Dow we firmly believe that individuals with disabilities are a vital source of talent who continue to deliver amazing value to our stakeholders and the communities where we operate.”
