Please join us in welcoming Mindy Ryan to the ISSA Healthcare team as our new Healthcare Account Executive!

Ryan brings extensive healthcare business development experience to ISSA Healthcare. Prior to joining the team, she served as a senior business development representative with the College of American Pathologists (CAP), where she managed a portfolio of healthcare diagnostic laboratories across the southern United States. In that role, she partnered with laboratory leaders to support accreditation programs and proficiency testing, helping organizations maintain quality standards and achieve regulatory compliance.

At ISSA Healthcare, Mindy works with healthcare systems, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, long-term care facilities, and medical office buildings to help organizations create safer, healthier environments. She collaborates with healthcare leaders to deliver education, environmental hygiene training, and advisory services that strengthen infection prevention practices, reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), and improve patient outcomes.

When she’s not working with healthcare organizations, Ryan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, exercising, and reading.
