This committee is a member-led network of industry professionals with a primary focus on curating content for the ISSA Show North America and collaborating with business owners and industry leaders.

The ISSA VEO Committee is a leadership body created to guide, recognize, support, and elevate the Hispanic professionals who make up 70% of the commercial cleaning industry’s workforce. This committee is committed to building a stronger, more inclusive future by working closely with business owners and industry leaders to provide platforms for growth, leadership, and gratitude.

Committee Membership Invitation

ISSA VEO Committee is open to all ISSA member companies and their staff. Participation is voluntary and designed to be accessible:

  • Quarterly time commitment: 1 hour per quarter to start.
  • Project-based volunteer opportunities for deeper involvement.
  • Structured around Four Quarters and Four Strategic Pillars for meaningful engagement.
