3M Completes Divestment of Western Europe Floor Products Business

3M has successfully completed the sale of its floor products business in Western Europe, formerly known as Dinac, to Gerflor Group.

Per the terms of the sale, approximately 100 3M employees will transfer to Gerflor. The deal also includes 3M’s manufacturing operations located in La Mure, France. According to a press release, 3M divested the business to prioritize other areas within its construction and home improvement markets division as part of the company’s ongoing strategic portfolio management.
