4M Acquires Horizon Services

4M Building Solutions has acquired East Hartford, Connecticut-based Horizon Services Corp.

Established in 1991 by Ted Hsu, Horizon manages cleaning and facilities management contracts across 175 sites in three states—Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Per the terms of the deal, Horizon will retain its autonomy and existing leadership and continue to operate under its current name. Members of Horizon’s leadership team will retain their current positions and become investors and equity holders in 4M.
